Terms and Conditions:

Sanding takes four to five days plus finishing time one day per coat, curing time varies.

Remington Floor Company does not do any furniture moving or storage.

Preparation work (carpet, under pad, staples, and smooth edge) to be done by consumer unless specified.

All baseboard and/or moldings should be removed to prevent damage.

Water stains / urine stains require board changing and this is not included unless specified.

Finish to cover down to the pinholes level on filler may require another coat which can be purchased and is extra.

We do not do paint touch ups or dry wall repairs, fine detail cleaning(that is up to customer).

Extra services such as board replacements, leveling ,molding removal, closet doors adjusting,(anything that requires time) may be completed upon request at additional labor and materials charge per hour.
